Through mindful breathwork, focus techniques, and personalized mindset assignments, athletes learn to train with intention, reduce mental fatigue, and build sustainable discipline.

Includes a 4-day “train on your own” digital plan plus mindset development tools, giving you a framework to grow continuously.

Junior Athlete Mindfulness (1:1) Elementary-Middle School Age

A heart-centered, developmentally aligned session for youth athletes learning to navigate emotions, confidence, and focus in competitive environments. This 45-minute in-person offering helps younger athletes build emotional regulation, self-awareness, and positive mental habits through mindfulness practices, guided reflection, and sport-appropriate coping tools. Using simple strategies—breathwork, grounding, visualization—junior athletes learn to manage frustration, bounce back from mistakes, and develop a strong internal foundation for future athletic growth.
