Recommended for those with financial stability who want to contribute to a more accessible mindfulness community.

Standard Rate ($125 per session)

Covers the basic cost of the service and sustains the business.

Recommended for those who can comfortably afford the service without financial strain.

Community Rate ($100 per session)

A reduced cost option for those facing financial limitations but still able to invest in their well-being.

Designed for individuals with moderate financial constraints.

Supported Rate (TBD)

 A highly discounted option for those  experiencing significant financial hardship. For more information please reach out for further detail.

Available to individuals who need extra support to access mindfulness services.

Guidelines for Clients

Clients are encouraged to select the rate that best reflects their current financial situation with honesty and integrity.

Contributions at the Supporter Rate help fund discounted sessions for others.

Financial situations can be reassessed periodically to adjust the chosen rate if needed.

Additional Options

Add-Ons:

A la cart options are available as add on. Add a half hour more of time to your session. Or add another modality such as yoga, mediation, mindfulness, reiki, crystal work, and breathwork. $45 per half hour

We present PD and speak at events on many subjects that empower and uplift while providing hands-on education to immediatley put into action. A few popular topics are: Mindfulness in the Classroom, Mindfulness in Organizations, Yoga and Breathwork.
