What 51 and Healing Feels Like
There’s a sacred unfolding that happens when you stop trying to outrun your past and begin to walk alongside it. Healing isn’t loud. It’s not flashy. It’s not linear. It’s a gentle return to yourself—a remembering of who you were before the world told you who to be.
As I step fully into 51, I feel the shift deep in my bones. Not just the aging of the body, but the awakening of the soul. The choices I make now are rooted in intention, not urgency. I no longer strive to “keep up”—I slow down to stay present. I’m not chasing anyone else’s version of success. I’m defining peace for myself.
